Firestone Complete Auto Care

Sunday 8/16/2026 at 11:30am we were exiting the freeway when something punctured one of our tires and it was losing air at an alarming rate. A quick search on Google maps and we found Firestone was nearby and open on Sunday. We were able to quickly drive there before the tire was completely flat. The crew was able to get us in without an appointment. They were very friendly and professional. They were able to repair the tire quickly in addition to some other maintenance things we asked them to do (change wipers, top off washer fluid). We had traveled a couple of hours from home and the trip would have been a disaster without their help. Great job, Firestone!

This location and Nate in particular has provided my daughter excellent service. As a parent who is across the country it is comforting to know she is getting excellent, honest and trustworthy service. I was there today with an issue that they took care of promptly and at no charge. Very satisfied with customer service here.

We had a tire that was low, and dropped the car off despite not having an appointment. They were able to fix it and have it back to us in just a couple of hours. (“There was a nail in the tire! Now there isn’t! We win!”, one of them said when I picked the car up.) They didn’t charge me anything despite the labor and having to fit me in to their busy schedule, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We bought our last set of tires here, and we’ll definitely be back. But hopefully without a nail. Thanks, guys!

Firestone Complete Auto Care did an excellent job servicing my 2016 Ford Escape. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly throughout the visit. They took care of the oil change, replaced my wipers, and rotated the wheels quickly and efficiently. The car feels great afterward, and I appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. Great customer service and quality work from the Old Town Scottsdale location!
